You need to consider Breast Reduction if your breasts are larger than the frame of the chest and if their weight is causing you to have neck, shoulder or back pain. It will also help you if the nipple and areola (this is the coloured skin surrounding the nipple) have started pointing down and you have started feeling unhappy and self-conscious about the bulkiness of your breast.
